Regina Lee Fechter is the Head of Marketing for GrowHappy, an ImmunoNutrition brand on a mission to empower a brave, allergy-free world with happy gut microbiomes. GrowHappy's nutrient-packed Allergen ImmunoButters are formulated to help families get allergens into their child’s diet Early & Often to train the immune system while it is still developing. Their monthly subscription box includes five key allergen snacks: Egg, Peanut, Walnut, Cashew, and Sesame, each paired with fruits and vegetables to support diet diversity.
 Regina formerly served as the Chief Marketing Officer at HealthyBaby, a pioneering babycare brand bringing cleaner and more sustainable diapers, wipes and skincare products to babies. She also spent 8 years leading the Innovation and Brand teams at Happy Family Organics, launching over 100 new organic baby food & formula products. She is passionate about bringing cleaner food to families and setting a higher standard for nutritious and nontoxic products!  She is mama to Liana (6) and Dillon (3), and they live in NYC.
