Dr. Kelsey Chemelewski

Dr. Kelsey Chemelewski is a compassionate pediatric physician at Full Life Medical, where she is dedicated to helping children thrive through comprehensive, individualized, and relationship-centered care. Her philosophy is grounded in partnering closely with families—ensuring every child receives the time, attention, and holistic support needed to flourish physically, emotionally, and developmentally.

Dr. Chemelewski earned her Doctor of Medicine from Creighton University School of Medicine in 2015 after graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Creighton University. She completed her Pediatric Residency at the University of Utah/Primary Children’s Hospital, where she gained extensive experience managing both acute and complex pediatric conditions. Her academic achievements include the Creighton Family Medicine Scholarship, Phi Sigma Biology Honors, and the Magis Academic Scholarship. She has also contributed to pediatric research focused on vascular development and has published clinical case reports addressing complex pediatric presentations.
