Erica Bethe Levin
Three-time founder and food-industry expert, Erica Bethe Levin is the founder and CEO of Globowl, a baby and toddler food company focused on early allergen introduction through internationally inspired meals. Globowl helps families introduce top allergens in a safe, flavorful, and developmentally appropriate way—making it easier to raise adventurous, healthy eaters from the start.
Prior to Globowl, Erica broke all records as Director of Global Sales for a hospitality consulting company, guiding industry titans like Daniel Boulud and Jean-Georges through their customer experience. She was one of the founding employees at Reserve (restaurant technology system) and led growth initiatives for them before it sold to Resy in 2018. Erica was selected as one of the very first female founders at 1871, Chicago's largest tech hub and incubator, where she launched CheekyChicago. In a few short years, Erica grew Cheeky to become the city’s number one online resource for women, and it led her to become a food columnist for NBC, Modern Luxury, Restaurant, Inc. and others.
Erica currently serves on Northwestern University's Council of 100, an invitation-only cohort of top-tier graduates selected to mentor female students and alumnae. She was named one of Today’s Chicago Woman’s Top 100 Women Making a Difference, and through Globowl, Erica is a graduate of the Techstars Chicago powered by JP Morgan cohort, a Target Takeoff Essentials graduate, a two-time Chicago Innovation award nominee, an Entreprenista 100 winner, and the winner of Naturally Chicago’s 2023 pitch slam. She was most recently a contestant on the 2024 season of Gordon Ramsay’s Food Stars on FOXand Hulu with co-host Lisa Vanderpump. As a semi-finalist, Erica appeared on all ten episodes.
