Allegra McBane

Allegra McBane is the owner of Mamatoto Wellness LLC. She is a Postpartum Doula, a Holistic Sleep Consultant, a Lactation Educator Counselor (CLEC), and a Yoga Teacher. She offers support to expectant families from conception through the early years of parenthood. She works one-on-one with families providing prenatal education, postpartum doula support, lactation counseling, sleep coaching, prenatal and postnatal yoga, and new moms support groups. She lives in Stamford, Connecticut, with her family.
